At Hybrid Personal Training, we specialise in Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) - a highly personalised service that delivers incredible results in a short period of time, and at a fraction of the price of 1-on-1 Personal Training.

 

Our 45 minute, full body, strength focused workouts will have you dropping unwanted fat and building muscle in no time.

With no more than 6 people in a session, you get all the coaching of 1-on-1 training but with the added benefits of the atmosphere and supportive environment that comes when working out with a group of like minded people pushing towards the same goals.
